Coffee Experiments

There are a lot of do’s and do not’s in the coffee industry. But what advice should we actually be listening to? Is freshly ground coffee really better than pre-ground coffee? Are blade grinders really incapable of producing quality espresso? What is the best temperature for brewing coffee? I look to answer all of these common questions through experimentation. My hope is that you can replicate these experiments to hopefully come up with your own answers. To me, this is what should shape every coffee lover’s individual craft.
